DEVELOPMENT COACHING COURSE

Otago Cricket will be hosting a Development Coaching Course at the High Performance Centre (Edgar Centre, Dunedin) on Saturday 21 September.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Development Coaching Course is the perfect next step for coaches wishing to take their coaching to the next level. 

This course targets: 

• Y7/8 & Y9/10 District coaches
  
• Secondary School coaches
  
• First XI Girls coaches
  
• And any new coaches who wish to coach at this level in the future

The course covers critical knowledge around the technical and tactical elements of cricket, as well as coaching philosophy, understanding how learning happens in your participants and growth and maturation of teenagers.

Dates: Saturday 21 September 2024

Times: 9am - 5pm

Venue: High Performance Centre (Edgar Centre, Dunedin)

This course will be hosted by OCA Development Officers, Jack Hilton (Southland Cricket & Jaden Dowling (North Otago Cricket).
