Notice is hereby given of the 142nd Annual General Meeting of the Otago Cricket Association Inc., to be held in the Otago Cricket Longroom, University of Otago Oval, Wednesday 24 October 2018, commencing at 5.00pm.

By Constitution, two Board Directors retire by rotation, with one of these two Directors indicating they will not be seeking re-appointment.  Two Board Director positions are available for a further term of three years.

If there are more than two nominations, all applicant nominations will be referred to an appointments panel, whom will make the final recommendation for appointment to the Board.
