We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our young team who will take our events and sponsorship portfolio by the scruff of the neck. You will demonstrate personality, an eye for detail and history of outstanding planning success. You will be highly driven and able to provide current and new sponsors with quality customer service. In cricket speak your preference will be to attack rather than defend, seek out new opportunities often, and milestones will always be in sight. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will unleash their eclectic mix of marketing, sponsorship, event management and communication capability to make their mark in our credible, motivated, fun filled sporting organisation. 

About the role: 

The role includes but is not limited to:

Planning, marketing and delivering a raft of fundraising and other events including domestic T20 Super Smash

Effectively managing our sponsorship programme and relationships including servicing our large stable of partners, to a high level

Researching and developing commercial opportunities

Delivering an optimal membership strategy

Growing our Long Room brand and revenue potential

Managing our International and domestic Hospitality programme

Working in collaboration with our Marketing and Communications Produce to effectively lead our database management

Support the development of summer tertiary marketing / event Intern/s.
